Independent analysis and orientation
NonAgent helps prospective buyers examine the available information about a residential property in Spain, identify signals and uncertainties, and understand what may need further investigation before commitment. Our current services are Listing Interruption and Context & Fit.
What NonAgent is not
NonAgent does not act as a buyer's agent, seller's agent, lawyer, surveyor, architect, technical inspector or transaction intermediary. We do not negotiate purchases, represent clients in transactions, approve properties, guarantee outcomes or decide whether a client should buy.
What an analysis can establish
We distinguish between observations, possible interpretations, implications and actions worth considering. A concern identified in an analysis is not necessarily a proven defect. Equally, the absence of an identified concern is not confirmation that a property is free of problems. Information may be incomplete, inaccurate or change over time.
NonAgent may flag the need for independent legal, technical, planning, financial or other specialist advice. Clients remain responsible for instructing appropriately qualified professionals and making their own decisions.
Property documents and correspondence
Clients may provide property documents, listing materials or correspondence as context. Receiving such materials does not turn the service into legal document review, legal interpretation, verification, a technical inspection or agent correspondence management.
Website information versus commissioned work
General website content and public educational materials are not individual professional advice about a specific property. The scope, timing, deliverables, clarification arrangements, fees, cancellation rights and other terms of any paid service are governed by the separate engagement agreement supplied before payment.
Corrections and concerns
If you believe an analysis contains a factual error, please contact contact@nonagent.es. We will review it and, where appropriate, issue a dated clarification or correction. Corrections to errors are distinct from requests for additional work outside the agreed scope.
